Two peas in a pod
Grace is always making us laugh, she is growing up at what seems like lightning speed and we are loving every minute. She lights up when Dave or I walk into the room and does a little "happy wiggle" on the floor. Mostly she sure loves her daddy. He knows just how to make her laugh and Grace is always fascinated with everything Dave does. In the morning when I get her out of bed and bring her into my room to eat she never fails to look around for Dave. When he is asleep she still smiles at him and pats his arm and when he is gone she will not eat until she is sure she has looked everywhere for him. These two are so cute together and Dave already is like Steve Martin in "Father of the Bride." I love my two dimple twins.

She really is so adorable! Just too cute! Isn't it fun to see her more aware of her surroundings?
Lexi is the same way, she gets so excited when she hears the door open each night and knows her daddy is about to walk up the stairs to her. Its fun to watch.
With the two of them together side by side, you really can see such resemblence. But don't worry, I can still see you in her too! And That last pic is classic. Love the funny face!
She is too cute! She inherited very good qualities from both of you. I love the last picture. She will come up with many more faces, you are lucky you caught it on camera.
Max used to scrunch up his nose and squint his eyes and try to cry-it was so fake but he would do it any time he though he was in trouble.
I love to see pictures. Grace is getting so grown up! We need to swap babysitting again before little John comes....so Sam can play with his cousin.
She is getting so big... I know what you mean about growing at lightening speeds. It goes by so fast. just wait till she starts talking and singing.

The daddy-daughter bond is so precious and fun - especially since they can't really do as much together when the baby is first born. I bet it will just keep getting better and better as they get older and can really play more.
